Return & Refund Policy

At belitefashionbag Baltic Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item with all original tags and accessories
  3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA number)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date of return
  • Tracking number for the return shipment

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
